HOW MANY MORE? WHEN WILL IT STOP?

A President of the United States is SWORN UNDER OATH to "defend the constitution of the United States from all enemies foreign and domestic".    The CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS of every American Citizen are included with in that OATH.   In order to carry out that "defense" order of every Citizen, the President is given control over the Armed Forces of the United States  and he is expected to use that force "if necessary" to in that "defense.  "Life, Liberty and the pursuit of happiness" is guaranteed under our CONSTITUTION.    "Defending the life of ALL CITIZENS "includes all living children even if  they are temporarily residing within a womb of their mother or premature and living in the ICU Unit of a hospital. These children's right to life is  DIRECTLY STATED in the CONSTITUTION to anyone who cares to read. 

Article 111

 Section 1. of the CONSTITUTION of the UNITED STATES says…
"The juridical Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good behavior and shall, at stated Times, receive for their Services, a Compensation, which shall be diminished during their continuance in Office. "

Meaning that "judges" can be removed for "bad behavior".  As the Executive and Commander in Chief it falls upon the President to make that Judgement and to remove any judge who he feels is guilty of "bad behavior".   The President is the one who "nominated" these Judges so it is obvious that he was the intended recipient  of the "power of removal" for any judge of "bad behavior".   That is a no-brainer.

"BAD BEHAVIOR" is certainly "committed" by any Judge  who would not  rule "for" the protecting of every American citizens and their "inalienable rights of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness".

We have Federal, State and local Judges TODAY who have committed  and are "guilty" of "bad  behavior" for years and remain in high office. These abuser Judges continue to  wreck havoc on working families, workers and small business find their bias on the Bench toward the rich and powerful instead of protecting the rights of the people.   At the heart of the problem are these Judges rulings in civil cases following absurd "case law" instead of following the US CONSTITUTION and what it GUARANTEED in CITIZENS RIGHTS.    Occasionally they violate other laws yet are still immune from being fired or loosing their jobs.   Two such cases is point are Federal Judge Head of Corpus Christi who throws out civilian cases of Rights Violations against the City because the plaintiff did not know the "exact proper words" to use to explain his case when the "violations" case was clear as water. Judge Head is notorious for terrorizing federal employees, workers and US Marshals while enjoying putting FEAR into their lives.   Also  Federal Judge of 17 years Samuel B. Kent of Galveston. After a complaint of "sexual harassment complaint lodged against  Federal Judge  Kent, he  only received a letter of "reprimand" and was asked to "take off work for 4 months" –WITH PAY.  He continues to collect his $165,000.00 annual salary while he vacations somewhere for the next 4 months! A spokesman for the 5^th Circuit Court admitted that there had been hundreds of "complaints" filed against Judges but this is the only one in which actions was taken and a Judge was schooled.  PATHETIC !!!

It is implied and necessary for The President of the UNITED STATES to over see the "good behavior" of Judges.   If there is no Justice - there is no America.

It is just that simple.

ANY JUDGE who does no "guarantee" the right to life of every living citizen shall be REMOVED from office FORTHWITH if I am elected PRESIDENT. 

And that promise I make you…….. SO HELP ME GOD !!!!!
